I'm a mom, step-mom, dog-mom, wife, and therapist. Sometimes these priorities compete!  Liv Well was birthed from a place of wanting to provide a safe, compassionate place for people to explore and work through their struggles. We all struggle-it's what it means to be human. I hope to help you feel less alone as we uncover the stuck places. We will move you towards greater health, well-being, connection to yourself and others so you can truly live well.
